If you have received an MCCI product as part of some other product, and you’re encountering problems, you are encouraged to contact the vendor of that product for support, if possible. They have generally integrated our products with other software, and they’re better able to provide support that is specific to your problem. However, if you are unable to get help through your vendor, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
